Exchange and Return Policy
BIG BAG WOLF™ EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Thank you for purchasing our products at BIG BAG WOLF.
In order to be eligible for a Return or Exchange, you have to report and return the product within 7 calendar days upon receiving your item. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Please be reminded that the shipping costs of (back and forth) will be shouldered by the customer. Also a Payback in exchange with a lower priced item may not be possible.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange in 7 working days or refund in 15 working days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 25 to 30 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We also provide 30 Days Warranty Repair Service. To be eligible for a repair warranty, contact our customer support team and send clear photos of the damaged part which needs to be fixed.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your repair service. The bag will be repaired and returned to you in 7 business days. Shipping fee of returning and sending back will be shouldered by the customer.
